Organized by Hong Kong Billiard Sports Control Council (HKBSCC) and subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), Hong Kong Under-14 Snooker Open Championship 2023 will be held at East Asia Snooker Centre Ltd between 20 – 27 August 2023.
